Jeff received his certification as a professional co-active coach from CTI. He currently coaches individual clients and executive clients. He is a member of the International Coach Federation. ICF is a self-regulatory body that is the leader in developing a definition and philosophy of coaching, as well as establishing a set of ethical standards that ICF members pledge to uphold.

Jeff also holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Roger Williams University.
